What is the cost of each session?

Individual sessions cost $150. Family/Couples sessions cost $165. Longer sessions or Walk and Talk Therapy are also available if needed. We can discuss pricing for these options during your consultation.

Do you take insurance?

I do accept some insurances. Please contact me directly to find out which insurance plans I accept.

What should I expect in my first session?

The first session will involve me asking questions to get a better understanding of who you are and what you've experienced. Once I have a clearer picture, I can provide more supportive care. After that, you’re free to bring up whatever you'd like to discuss in sessions.

What kind of therapy do you practice?

I take an eclectic approach tailored to each client. Since no two people are the same, I draw on different methods depending on what works best for the individual or family I’m working with.

How do I know if you are the right therapist for me?

Accepted Answer

You won’t know for sure until we meet, and that’s okay. Finding a good therapeutic fit is important. If I’m not the right match, I’ll happily provide referrals. It’s all about making sure you get the care you need.

How long will this whole therapy process take?

Every client and situation is different, so there’s no one-size-fits-all answer. What matters most is that we work together toward shared goals and regularly check in to stay on the same page.

It’s actually incredibly brave to seek support. Many people feel hesitant, but vulnerability is a strength. Therapy helps you identify what’s not working and build a life that reflects who you truly are.

Do you have any resources I could use outside of sessions?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. I often share books, podcasts, and other tools that support your growth between sessions. I also refer clients to additional providers, like medical professionals, when helpful.
